Welcome to the heart of the Eden Valley
Morland House, with its four acres of gardens, is a bed & breakfast country house situated in the pretty village of Morland, in the heart of Cumbria's Eden Valley. Set in some of England's most beautiful countryside, it is an ideal base for exploring the Lake District, the Pennines and the Eden Valley itself. The B&B is run by David and Suzie Balfour.
